ANCIENT RURAL HOUSE from the 19th century

Historic agricultural farmhouse built at the beginning of the 1900s inhabited by a family of farmers who in 1920 partially used it for the "Fundaco" business - a rest and overnight stop for people and animals of the Carriers.
The farmhouse, inhabited until the 1990s, is located along the Via Sicilia, ValdErice (TP), is structurally made of Favignana tuff ashlars, double-pitched attics with ridge, with wooden beams, Sicilian terracotta bricks and tiles In good condition, given its age.
It is a two-storey building with an internal connecting staircase in solid misco stone typical of the Trapani area.

The building has a covered area on two floors, for each floor, of 150 square meters, equal to approximately 300 square meters in total.

Tuff masonry from Favignana, intermediate wooden roofs and overlying ancient concrete bricks with ancient decorations, covering roofs in reed vaults and roofs above with wooden beams and Sicilian tiles. All to be carried out a CONSERVATIVE RESTORATION with skilled workers.
